FIELD: construction engineering; erection of pipe lines under complicated conditions which are ballasted by reinforced concrete weighting material of embracing type and polymer containers filled with soil or secured by means of various tie rods, frozen0in inclusive. SUBSTANCE: combined soft connecting strap is made from polymer threads or cords laid along sling at smooth distribution in cross section; strap is provided with protective wrap made from commercial polymer fabric; runs of sling are provided in central portion laid on pipe line with flexible cover plate and antifriction coat, if necessary; they are shifted in such way that width of strap in its central portion doubly exceeds width of strap at this ends where cargo loops are located. Smooth distribution of threads or cords in cross section of strap is secured by respective sewing technique. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of ballasting the pipe lines; low cost of ballasting. 2 cl, 3 dwg
