FIELD: erection of pipe lines; mounting embracing reinforced concrete weighting material and polymer containers or various tie rods on them. SUBSTANCE: soft connecting strap is made in form of circular flat sling whose runs are shifted in central portion and its ends form cargo loops reinforced with bands made from commercial polymer fabric; it is also provided with additional locks. Width of strap in its central portion laid on pipe line doubly exceeds width of strap in sections forming cargo-loops; additional locks are located at points of closing of cargo loops.
