FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing superficial cornea flap by its full excision. Cornea laser ablation is carried out. Corneal flap bed is cleaned with balanced salt solution cooled to 4-8 C. The flap is arranged in its bed. Drying lasts 3-5 min under natural conditions. The flap is adapted in sutureless mode. Dexamethazone drops cooled to 4-8 C are administered in postoperative period for 2 weeks three times a day during the first week and twice a day during the second week. Antibiotic or antiseptic drops are administered three times a day during 5 days. EFFECT: reduced risk of complications in post-operative period; enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 dwg
