FIELD: medicine, pharmacy, antibiotics. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes cyclosporin composition containing cyclosporin, alkanol solvent with from 2 to 3 carbon atoms and nonionic polyoxyalkylene surface-active substance. Indicated surface-active substance is taken among the group including polyoxyethylene alcohols and fatty acid complex monoesters of ethoxylated polyols with from 4 to 6 carbon atoms. Cyclosporin A is used preferably in concentration from 50 to 150 mg/ml, ethanol or propylene glycol is used as an alkanol solvent in concentration from 5 to 75% (vol./vol.) of indicated composition and ethoxylated sorbitan complex monoester in concentration from 10 to 50% (vol./vol.) of indicated composition. Oral cyclosporin composition is made as a solid capsule. Invention describes also an aqueous dispersion of cyclosporin nanoparticles for administration in patient. At least 50 weight % of cyclosporin in dispersion presents as particles of size less 1 mcm. New cyclosporin compositions exhibit high biological value and can be used as solid capsules or nanoparticles. Compositions are stable in broad range of temperatures being without crystallization of cyclosporin as an active agent. EFFECT: improved properties of composition. 19 cl, 6 dwg, 1 ex
