Offered method of human cells liver-tissue precursors release includes identification of cells expressing Ep-CAM, AC 133 and albumin. Offered method of human hepatocytes precursors released by method under cl.15 or 16, cells precursors are primitive human stem hepatocytes expressing Ep-CAM, AC 133 and albumin. Offered method of human liver-tissue hepatocytes precursors release includes identification of cells expressing Ep-CAM. Offered method implies primitive human stem hepatocytes release expressing Ep-CAM, AC 133 and albumin.
