FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed are versions of method for treatment and tissue transplant for the purpose. Normal cells of liver and bile ducts are obtained from donor. Said liver cells represent stem cells, committed progenitor cells or mature cells. Said cells are combined with one or several angioblasts, endothelial progenitor cells, progenitor cells of stellate cells and one or several gel-forming biomaterials to form mixture. Said mixture (tissue transplant) is introduced onto surface of or into subject's liver. Also method for cryoconservation of said mixture of cells is claimed.
EFFECT: inventions provide effective differentiation of cells into respective cell type, facilitate in vivo localisation of cells in the process of introduction into tissue, simulating complexity of natural microenvironment with minimal number of components, contributing to successful engraftment of transplanted cells, increase of volume and then partial or complete liver restoration.
