FIELD: organic chemistry, proteins. SUBSTANCE: invention describes a novel copolymer, N-acylated derivatives of poly-(2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose), where from 1% to 50% of free amino-groups of indicated poly-(2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose) are acylated with the first acyl-group being the first acyl-group means CO-E1 where E1 is taken among the group including C3-33-carboxyalkyl, C3-33-carboxyalkenyl, C7-39-carboxyarylalkyl and C9-39-carboxyaryl-alkenyl, from 50% to 99% of free amino-groups of poly-(2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose) are acylated with the second acyl-group and the latter acyl-group means CO-E2 where E2 is taken among the group including C1-30-alkyl, C2-30-alkenyl, C6-37-arylalkyl and C8-37-arylalkenyl under condition that at least one of free amino- groups of indicated poly-(2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose) are acylated with the first acyl-group and up to 30% of free hydroxyl groups of poly-(2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose) are acylated with the first acyl-group or the second acyl-group. Its molecular mass is from about 600 Da to about 1 300 000 Da. Invention describes also polypeptides and compositions that can be used for treatment of patients with cancer and for growth stimulation both in youngster and elderly age and for treatment of patients with osteoporosis.
