SUBSTANCE: invention relates to (i) absorbable polyesters with at least one monophosphate group in their chains, which are constituted by one or several monomers selected from: L-, D-, or DL-lactic acid, malic, citric, tartaric, and epsilon- caproic acids, alkylene oxalate, cycloalkylene oxalate, alkylene succinate, beta-hydroxybutyrate, glycolide, glycolic acid, L-, D-, DL-, or meso-lactide, trimethylene carbonate, p-dioxanone, 1,5- or 1,4-dioxepan-2-on, and any of their optically active isomers, racemates or their copolymers; (ii) solid absorbable microparticles including absorbable polyesters; (iii) acylated or alkylated polysaccharides; (iv) conjugates including above-indicated absorbable polyesters, microparticles, polysaccharides, and peptides and/or biologically active substances; (v) pharmaceutical compositions capable of slowly releasing bioactive peptide; and also to (vi) methods for preparing: phosphorylated polyester, phosphorylated alkylated cyclodextrin, phosphorylated microparticles, and acylated phosphorylated polysaccharides as well as to (vii) phosphorylated grafted acylated cyclodextrin, method of preparation thereof and to conjugate including this cyclodextrin and peptide and/or biologically active substance.
