FIELD: oil producing industry, more precisely, equipment for oil recovery. SUBSTANCE: device has piston pump with drive installed on tubing string; electric motor with transmission mechanism and control unit. Pump drive is in form of cable. Winch with reduction gear serves as transmission mechanism. Control unit is made with two-cycle program and adjusted, first, for piston lowering under gravity with idle rotation of drum, reduction gear and deenergized electric motor, and, then, for lifting of piton by cable wound on drum by operating electric motor via reduction gear and automatic search of maximum oil production efficiency. Piston is made adaptive to internal surface of tubing due to the fact that it is made in form of flexible sleeve with flexible plates installed radially in flexible material.
