FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in control of hydrate-paraffin deposits in oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: heating cable is lowered into annulus with its simultaneous spiral winding on tubing lowered into well. Heating cable is operated periodically or continuously. Heating cable is removed from well together with tubing, or separately from tubing with cable simultaneous unwinding. It is provided due to installation on cable end, through swivel, of spiral springy knife with its sharpened end inside. Angle of inclination of knife spiral is selected from condition of its reverse rotation with knife moving down, or upward over tubing. Knife spiral is selected from condition of its location round part of tubing part with its springy fitting on pipe from side by means of window formed by spiral ends.
