FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering of heating element to bottom-hole zone with use of suspension means for heating of fluid above boiling point of its components; formation of bottom-hole chamber whose upper part is sealed with packer above location of heating element; cooling of liquid after its heating in space of bottom-hole chamber; removal of seal of bottom-hole chamber by withdrawal of packer; removal of colmatage products from bottom-hole zone together with oil recovery. Packer for treatment of producing formation in bottom-hole zone has body with means of radial sealing and suspension means. Lower end face of packer is concave surface of the second order. EFFECT: higher productivity of well due to intensification of oil inflows and increased oil recovery factor. 10 cl, 7 dwg
