FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: impervious paving, preventing water and oil overflow in productive bed and restricting diffusion of gas through bed cap into daylight, is created when drilling borehole. Impervious paving has the form of a collar space with a specified radius and volume and is situated along the productive bed boundary. Radius of the space is chosen such as to be equal to maximum distance from borehole outline to outer boundary of the limiting zone of fissure formation in the region of rock disintegration within the limits of space formation. Space is filled with a tight material to close fissure canals. EFFECT: increased reliability in operating productive well.
