FIELD: measurement technology; methods of determination of take-off mass and cg position of flying vehicle by means of radiation sources. SUBSTANCE: method consists in shaping the signal reflecting the flying vehicle characteristics, such as mass and CG position by means of units secured on fuselage. To this end, light cone is projected on working surface of scanning unit by means of laser radiator. Coordinates of light cone are noted and mass and cg position are determined by means of computer according to their change; then, information is displayed on monitor screen. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of determination of mass and CG position of flying vehicle; extended functional capabilities. 1 dwg
