FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of fruit-berry dessert for its use under autonomous existence conditions. Method of preparing fruit-berry dessert involves preparing and mixing apple and black currant puree, bee honey, food sodium chloride, almond ground roasted kernels, Eleurherococcus senticosus extract, lipid-containing extract of microorganism Saprolegnia parasitica biomass, boiled rice groats and water followed by homogenization, sublimating drying, grinding and package. Package is carried out in aseptic conditions under vacuum into container. Components are mixed in the definite ratios. EFFECT: broadened assortment of fruit- -berry desserts, enhanced balance composition of ready product.
