SUBSTANCE: dessert is prepared by mixing the prepared apple and black currant puree, bee honey, food sodium chloride, hazel nuts, Eleutherococcus senticosus extract, lipid- -containing extract of microorganism Saprolegnia parasitica, rice groats and water followed by homogenization, sublimating drying and grinding. Prepared mixture is packaged in aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetic container made of combined film material "Mailar". EFFECT: new dessert product indicated above, improved balance of composition of nutrient substances, use under autonomous existence conditions.
