Method of preparing fruit-berry dessert involves preparing and mixing apple and black currant puree, bee honey, food sodium chloride, ground roasted kernels, Eleutherococcus senticosus extract, lipid-containing extract of microorganism Pythium gracile biomass, boiled rice groats and water followed by homogenization, sublimating drying, grinding and package. Package is carried out in aseptic conditions under vacuum into container. Components are mixed in the definite ratios. EFFECT: broadened assortment of fruit-berry dessert, enhanced balance composition of ready product.
