FIELD: technology of producing fruit-and-berry desserts. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of prepared apple and black currant puree, bee honey, common salt, almond, extract of Eleutherococcus, lipid-containing extract of biomass of microorganisms Pythium insidiosum, semolina and water. Prepared mixture is subjected to homogenization, sublimation drying, grinding and packaging of prepared mass in sealed package from combined film material "Mailar" type under aseptic conditions in vacuum. New dessert has a more balanced composition as it contains proteins and fats in considerable quantities together with proteins and cellulose. Due to biologically active substances with antistress and immunostimulating action, proposed dessert may be used under autonomous conditions of existence. EFFECT: new biologically active.
