FIELD: concentration of minerals; extraction of diamonds from diamond-containing materials. SUBSTANCE: screen - concentrator includes box on bearing frame with screening surface, shock absorber and vibration exciter. Concentrated member made in form of sieve mounted on screening surface on side of unloading edge of screen is secured to side walls of box by means of transversal and longitudinal plates which are fastened together; wavy member located under each transversal plate has passages running from upper cavities of sieve to wavy member zone; upper convex part of each wavy member gets in contact with respective transversal plate of sieve along its lower edge; it is provided with vertical fins welded to inner wavy surfaces and fitted with mating slots for relative fastening of wavy member; transversal plates of sieve are inclined to loading side of screen - concentrator.
