FIELD: cleaning parts contaminated by industrial organic wastes by means of biological treatment. SUBSTANCE: closed system for cleaning automobile parts, equipment parts and machine parts contaminated by organic agents includes microorganisms which biologically disrupt organic agent removed from parts in cleaning liquid containing surfactant. Cleaning liquid containing surfactant activates and provides nutrition for microorganisms which biological disrupt and remove organic agent from filter pack to reservoir provided with thermostatic heating elements; reservoir contains cleaning liquid with surfactant, microorganisms and organic agent and adaptive connecting members for forming recirculating biological disruption system including reforming of cleaning liquid with surfactant without decontamination by organic agent, as well as nutrition and activation of biologically disruptive microorganisms at separate section. Cleaning liquid with surfactant and microorganisms is directed for recirculation for subsequent cleaning of parts. Another device-unit for cleaning parts contaminated with organic and corpuscular agent includes first mechanical component and second mechanical component: first mechanical part is used for cleaning parts due to interaction of parts with liquid containing surfactant and second mechanical component is used for biological disruption of organic agent removed from contaminated parts which is contained in liquid used for nutrition and activation of biologically disruptive microorganisms; first mechanical component is so communicated with second one that liquid is directed for recirculation between first and second components. Washing procedure is effected by method which includes placing the article in first chamber, directing the washing liquid for recirculation from second chamber to first chamber for washing the surfaces of articles which are in contact with liquid; liquid is passed through porous medium, after which it is drained from first chamber to second chamber and organic agent contained in washing liquid is biologically disrupted, thus ensuring nutrition and activation of microorganisms from washing liquid containing organic agent removed for article and then it is directed for recirculation from second chamber to first one. According to another version, portable self-contained washing unit is proposed; this unit includes housing with first and second parts where first chamber formed in first part of housing is used for cleaning the parts due to their interaction with washing liquid; first chamber is provided with drain; second chamber formed in second part is used for biological disruption of organic agent contained in washing liquid which ensures nutrition and activation of biologically disruptive microorganisms; second chamber is brought into communication with first chamber. Proposed unit includes also mechanism for circulation of washing liquid between first and second chambers and module-type controller electrically connected with circulating mechanism. Invention includes also one more version of closed system for cleaning automobile parts, equipment parts and machine parts contaminated with organic agent. System contains microorganisms which biologically disrupt organic agent and liquid cleaning parts from organic agent, thus resulting in composition of liquid and organic agent. This composition is used for nutrition and activation of microorganisms biologically disruption organic agent more unit-set for washing plants used for cleaning metal and plastic parts from organic agent. This set includes reservoir filled with containing surfactant, filter pack provided with solid carrier connected with biologically disruptive microorganisms and adaptive connecting members forming the recirculation system for biological disruption; this liquid cleans parts and provides nutrition for biologically disruptive organisms at separate section; then, liquid is directed for recirculation between cleaning section and biological disruption section.
