SUBSTANCE: machine contains housing and drive head provided with engine, control system, and working tool. The housing is provided with power unit, push button, plug and cord. The head is rigidly secured to the housing at an angle of 100-120. Such a construction prevent the tool from wedging. Interferences are reduced due to housing the control system in the drive head that prevent the power module from getting out of order.
