SUBSTANCE: electric machine with built-in converter contains housing, stator with windings, rotor, end shields and integrated converter. Converter includes power transistor modules, their drivers, input capacitive filter, phase windings current, rotor positions and / or temperatures controller and sensors. Power transistor modules are connected to the phase windings and the input capacitive filter outputs. Power transistor modules and input capacitive filter are located on the converter compartment one wall, having dimensions corresponding to the converter largest part; drivers are placed above the power transistor modules between their output terminals and power terminals; controller comprises printed circuit board, on which the microcontroller and the sensor element of the rotor position sensor are located, which is implemented on the basis of the magnetic encoder microchip; current sensors are made without magnetic conductors on the base of the Hall elements; power transistor modules connections are made by the busbars, including insulated ones and adapted for their cooling.
