FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: reversed electric motor enclosed in protective casing is used as drive in given device. Shock-absorbing pad (rubber) is placed on grinding drum. Abrasive tape secured to grinding drum is turned on the above-indicated shock-absorbing pad. In process of operation , this tape is cleaned with brush. Grinding device has core of rotor 1, winding of rotor 1, grinding drum 3, core of stator 4 with output lead 6, stator winding 7, front end shield 8, rear end shield 9, bearings 10, 11, protective casing 12 with hole and pipe connection 13 for dust suction, handle 14, shock-absorbing pad (rubber) 15, removable wheel pair 16, cable 17 designed to supply stator winding 7, abrasive tape 18 (emery paper of different granularity), longitudinal groove (in rotor), threaded hole 20, clamping strip 21, countersunk screw 22, tightening base 23 (on abrasive tape 18), and cleaning brush 24.
