FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in preservation and improvement of reservoir properties of oil well producing formations. SUBSTANCE: complex technology of work wit formation producing part includes primary tapping, cementing of flow string, its perforation under differential pressure, completion of well by swab, replacement of formation fluid with blocking hydroemulsion solution, lowering of downhole equipment and putting well into operation. Perforator is lowered on sealed tubing string with packer. Blocking hydroemulsion solution is preliminarily injected into annular space above packer prior to its eating. Differential pressure in tubing string is produced by perforation. Hydrostatic and formation pressures are equilibrated. After well completion, it is filled with blocking hydroemulsion solution by removal of packer. EFFECT: higher efficiency of primary and secondary tapings of formation producing part and preserved its properties up to putting the well into operation.
