FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, methods of development of drowned oil deposits at late stage and devices for their development. SUBSTANCE: formation is tapped by wells and formation fluid is recovered by producing wells. Fraction composition of rock of oil formation on district of hydrocarbon pool is investigated by analysis of core material and predominant frequency of formation is determined. Complex of equipment of vibroseismic treatment is mounted. This includes installation of wave guide device in exciting well. This well is conjugated with surface vibration source with regulated values of vibration frequency and amplitude. Vibroseismic treatment at predominant frequency is effected with concurrent registration of composition and quantity of recovered fluid and associated petroleum gas, amplitude spectrum of acoustic noise and amplitude of rock vibration displacement within interval of producing formation processing maximum residual oil reserves. Conditions of optimal vibration treatment of pool are determined by results of processing of acoustic noise amplitude spectrum and dynamics of technological characteristics of pool development. Oil deposit is divided into districts of efficient effect of complex of equipment of vibroceismic treatment including surface source and wave guide device, and additional complexes are mounted on selected districts. Vibroseismic treatment is carried out simultaneously with periodic injections of solutions containing dissolved gas into formation intervals on said districts. During performance of vibroseismic treatment, bottom-hole formation zones are subjected to stimulation including vibration wave ones which improve zone filtration properties. Seances of vibroseismic treatment are repeated on given districts up to complete ceasing of their development. Device for method embodiment includes surface source of vibrations which covers system of power supply and control including error signal amplifier, electromechanical converter, hydraulic amplifier and vibration exciter. It is rigidly connected with supporting pipe centered relative to wellhead. Vibration exciter radiating member is connected to flexible wave guide vie connected weight. It is connected with quarterwave radiator by its lower end. With vibration source switched on, system of supply and control controls flows of fluid coming to vibration exciter and sets into vibration its radiating member which transmits vibration to connected weight to provide for propagation of waves through wave guide to quarter-wave radiator where these waves are radiated into oil formation by device of rigid connection with walls of casing string. EFFECT: higher oil recovery due to restoration of entrapped oil mobility and increased region of sweep by vibroseismic treatment with optimization of its conditions. 39 cl, 4 dwg, 4 tbl
