SUBSTANCE: facility used for cutting process channels extracted from reactor cell into fragments for their subsequent disposal has vertical tubular channel joined with vertically movable telescope, tool for cutting channels into fragments, mechanism for removing graphite bushings, device for removing shielding case, and turntable carrying waste containers. Facility provides for unattended removal of shielding case, cutting of channel into fragments, and grouping of channel fragments. EFFECT: enhanced safety of waste disposal procedure. 2 cl, 8 dwg
