FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Intraoperative thoracic blood flow analyzer comprises housing (1) with holder (2), head (3), module for monitoring blood oxygen saturation and module for monitoring the pressure force of a sensor for blood oxygen saturation. Head is fixed in the holder with the possibility of reciprocating motion. Module for monitoring blood oxygen saturation consists of sensor head (4) located at the distal end and a signal processing unit coming from the sensor. Sensor pressure control module consists of strain gauge sensor (5) and a signal processing unit from the sensor. Module for stabilizing the pressure of the sensor consists of permanent magnet (8) and electromagnet (11). Permanent magnet is fixed at the proximal end of the head. Electromagnet is fixed in the holder. Magnets are aligned with each other and the holder and are directed towards each other with like poles. Device is configured to control the current in the winding of the electromagnet based on the signal from the module monitoring the force of the pressure sensor oxygen saturation of blood. Strain gauge is located in the distal part of the head behind the blood oxygen saturation sensor.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of measuring blood oxygen saturation during pulmonary pneumonectomy is achieved.
