FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has power supply source connected to optical head having photodetector with inlet window and radiation sources operating in green, red and infrared spectrum bandwidth, emitter operation control unit and data processing unit. The window additionally has radiation source operating in blue spectrum bandwidth. The optical head has central cavity and radial open cavities which walls are coated with light-absorbing material. The radiation sources are mounted in the radial cavities and the photodetector in the central one so that the inlet window is arranged in optical head working surface plane. The optical head is cylinder or a cylinder becoming truncated cone in its inferior part. The radiation sources operating in blue spectrum bandwidth emit in bandwidth of 460-490 nm, and those operating in infrared spectrum bandwidth emit in 900-950 nm and 960-990 nm. The optical head has removable cap manufactured from acrylic plastic or polyethylene terephthalate transparent for abovementioned radiation sources bandwidths. The optical head has holder connected to hollow handle by means of articulation member. Diagnostic device has flexible or sticky belts.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of obtained data; enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
