FIELD: cleaning of alive tissue. SUBSTANCE: the device has a vessel for sterile liquids, head for feeding of the gas-liquid flow, means for feeding of liquid and gas, means for selective action on the mentioned vessel, and a means for extraction of the gas-liquid flow with a combining element in the form of a nozzle attachment. The method for cleaning of alive tissue consists in action of the flow of compressed oxygen on the source of sterile liquid, combining of gas and liquid fed to the head for feeding of the gas-liquid flow so as to cause a shock wave in the gas-liquid flow and provide for flow of microscopic drips suspended in the high-speed gas jet and further action of the flow on the alive tissue.
