FIELD: medical equipment; applicable in dosed traction of vertebral column cervical part at required angle to horizontal with simultaneous manipulation on it in all planes with a possibility of concurrent traction of thoracal and loin parts of vertebral column. SUBSTANCE: fixing device of patient including intersecting back member having movable axillary supports and supports for pelvis having hinged seat, has fasteners of fraction mechanism located in back member upper part. Traction mechanism is made in the form of blocks located on axles and provided with measuring marks and turning lever for regulation of tension force. Traction mechanism is connected by means of rope with fixing unit in the form of flexible regulated headband provided with regulated rests for hard , immovable, stepped head points such as zygomas, nose bridge, alveolar process of upper jaw and for occipital tuber. Turning unit is made in the form of intersecting semicircles movably connected with headband and provided with goniometers for turning in sagittal and frontal planes and in the form of trough-guide having goniometer for turning in horizontal plane.
