Mentioned poles-guides are completed with similar poles-guides for foot supports. Hand supports are made in the form of handles, for example rod-like handles, arranged, for example, on similar poles-guides. Back is joined to poles-guides so that it may independently form in conjunction therewith rigidity triangles, in which back makes one of the sides. Foot support may be mounted on poles-guides for back. Back is equipped with detachable cooperating members formed as bodies of rotation of different shape manufactured from different materials. Apparatus is used for dosed spine extension by patient's gravity force combined with slight fixation of individual's body in the region of knees and talocrural articulations to avoid traumatism and simultaneously for massaging, stimulation of paravertebral tissues and correction of vertebrae.
