FIELD: biotechnology, animal husbandry. SUBSTANCE: method involves culturing microorganisms in nutrient medium, separation of bacterial mass from cultural medium, its mixing with protective medium and drying. Microflora composition has bifidobacterium of two species, namely, acidophilic bacillus and propionic acid bacterium. For this purpose fermentation is carried out with pure cultures of Bifidobacterium longum T- 89, Bifidobacterium thermophilum TP-8, Lactobacillus acidophilus 97 and Propionibacterium shermanii P- 1 which are added in the amount 8-10% of medium volume and ratio of cultures is corrected to 2.5:2.5:1:4, respectively. EFFECT: significantly enhanced curative-prophylactic properties of biologically active addition as result of simultaneous effect of microorganism cultures used. _
