FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves combined culturing microorganisms in nutrient medium, separation of bacterial mass from cultural broth, its mixing with protective medium and drying. Fermentation is carried out with pure cultures of Bifidobacterium longum T-89, Bifidobacterium thermophilum TP-8, Lactobacillus acidophilus 97 which are added in the amount 6-8% to medium volume and in the initial ratio of indicated bacterial strains = 5:5:1, respectively. Bifidobacteria and lactobacilli are grown in common for 12-14 h at temperature 37-38 C and after attainment pH to 5.0-5.2 and medium neutralization to pH 6.0 the pure culture Bacillus subtilis B-26 is added additionally and culturing all microorganisms continues in common to attainment medium pH 4.5-4.6. Invention can be used in animal husbandry. EFFECT: elevated content of viable cells of useful microflora.
