LOWER CROSSRAIL OF HYDRAULIC MULTIDAYLIGHT PRESS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; power hydraulic presses. SUBSTANCE: lower crossrail consists of separate sections, each including working cylinder with stepped plunger provided with lifting cylinder installed in central through hole of plunger of upper end face of which gate is secured. Housing of each working cylinder is made in form of beam installed on supports secured on bed frame and provided with holes at side for press columns. To reduced mass of working cylinder and facilitate assembling and disassembling of lower crossrail without demounting of press, housing of each working cylinder is made sectional, consisting of two side parts, two intermediate parts and middle part with stepped plunger, all being braced together over upper and lower belts by means of braces. Aperture made in lower belt of middle part divides lower braces into two sections with possibility of their assembling and disassembling through aperture. Middle part is made for resting on intermediate parts by means of support projections made in joints of indicated parts with possibility of demounting of middle part in upward direction. Joints of intermediate and side parts are made along axes of holes for press columns. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 dwg
