FIELD: food industry, liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka has rye germinated grains infusion of the 1-st blend and an aqueous-spirituous solution prepared by treatment of a mixture of rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water with activated vegetable carbons. They are a combination of kernel and birch activated carbon taken in the ratio 1: 2, respectively, by volume at the rate of treatment from 75 to 80 dal/h for fresh carbons and from 58 to 60 dal/h for regenerated carbons in the following ratio of components per 1000 dal of ready product: rye germinated grains an aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1-st blend, 0.8-2.4 l; sugar, 4.99-5.01 kg; an aqueous-spirituous solution, the balance, as measured to obtain blend proof 40%.
