FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: natural honey, 6.8-7.2 kg; fresh rye bread aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 6.8-7.2 l; wheat and rye bran aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend in the ratio 1:1, 6.8-7.2 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 17.0-17.5 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Invention provides for the ready product higher organoleptic indices and enhanced the content of biologically active substances by 15%. According to record of the Central tasting commission the tasting score of vodka is 9.65. Used components and their quantitative content provide preparing vodka representing colorless clear liquid without foreign inclusions, showing very mild, harmonic taste, specific vodka aroma typical for vodka prepared from bread raw and barely detected of caramel in after taste.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
