SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: vitamin premix "GSVit-2", 0.05-0.15 kg; dry rye breads aromatic alcohol, 19.5-20.5 l; rye aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first decantation, 3.0-4.0; 65.8% sugar syrup, 20.0-21.5 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provides the strength value 40%. The proposed vodka provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product by increasing the taste score from 9.67 to 9.7, increasing content of vitamins in its by 10% that reduces its toxicity by 20%. Vodka shows after taste of freshness with barely detected cubeb tint that is not observed in over limited ranges of the claimed parameters of components of vodka. Vodka shows mild taste and typical vodka aroma with light aroma of kvass. Except form, the invention expands assortment of vodkas.
