FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: an aqueous-alcoholic mixture is prepared (proof is 40%) by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and purified drinking water. Sodium acetate is prepared by interaction of acetic acid with sodium hydrocarbonate and added into the mixing tank at stirring. Then sugar as 65.8%-th sugar syrup or an aqueous solution is added into mixing tank or finishing tank. Obtained an aqueous-alcoholic mixture is stirred thoroughly, fed on carbon-cleansing battery and then - into the finising tank. Rye grains an aqueous-alcoholic infusion filtrate of the first pouring is added into the finishing tank with sugar or without its also. Ready vodka is filtered finally and fed to the pouring. For production of 1000 dal of vodka the following components are used, kg/1000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate 0.2-0.4; acetic acid 0.1-0.3; sugar 14-16 and also, l: rye grains an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first pouring 4.5-5.5 and rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and purified drinking water to obtain the blend proof 40%. The combined use of components and their quantitative ratio exhibiting synergetic effect ensures to enrich vodka with the complex of biologically active substances, form nice aromatic complex, make very soft taste with the barely detected honey-rye tint at the posttaste and typical vodka aroma.
