FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, methods of development of drowned oil pools. SUBSTANCE: method includes displacement of oil by injection of working agent through injection wells and oil withdrawn through producing wells. With rise of water volume in well product, well is investigated for drawing and with absent overflows into well from annular space, fluids are injected for recovery of oil permeability, for instance, oil, hydrophobic emulsion or selective water-shutoff solutions based on hydrocarbons. Direction of motion of formation products is changed during their withdrawal, for instance, by lowering of deep-well pump tail or pump below floor of perforation zone to prevent formation of water column within interval of perforation of producing formation. To preclude getting of water and contaminating substances into formation in performance of various process operation inside well, interval of producing formation is isolated from pump by packer provided with stem lowered below floor of formation zone. It has check valve removable in well conditions located in its upper part operating toward closing on side of wellhead.
