FIELD: material science, microelectronics, medicine, and biology. SUBSTANCE: microanalyzer designed to produce spectral video images of objects at x2000 magnification and to conduct local (up to 1 mcm) optical spectral measurements of separate pixels as well as qualitative and quantitative analyses of microparticles has microscope, video monitor or computer, video camera, and monochromator with two radiation outputs at wavelengths λ1, λ2,; two monochromator outputs mount optical gates optically coupled through optical fiber with microscope lens. Optical fiber has two inputs and one output. Introduced in recording circuit are subtracting integrated circuit, delay line, X-Y recorder, and pulse generator that functions to synchronously open optical gates, inputs of delay line and subtracting integrated circuit, the latter is connected through amplifier to computer monitor and in spectrum recording, to X-Y recorder whose second input is connected to monochromator operating wavelength electromechanical lock. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and measurement accuracy. 1 dwg
