FIELD: electrical engineering, specifically, manufacture of flat electric heating elements used in various branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: such electric heating elements can be employed in construction industry in erection of monolithic concrete structures with aid of sliding heating forms. Process of manufacture of resistive electric heaters with nonuniform distribution of degree of heating lies in formation of zigzag heating element with cutting of anti-parallel alternating slits in binder-impregnated carbon fibrous material, in placement of heating element between two insulation layers and in fastening together of all layers by binder. Slits are so cut that width of vertical strips diminishes along axial line from middle to edges. EFFECT: creation of nonuniform distribution of degree of heating of surface of heating element when degree of heating grows from middle to edges. 1 dwg
