FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves administering crystalloids in the amount of 5-7 ml/kg before giving anesthesia. Epidural anesthesia being the case, two test doses of 3 and 5 ml of 0.5% anecaine are administered, respectively. Next to it, the main 1 mg/kg large dose of 0.5% anecaine is administered with test doses having in view and not exceeding single dose of 100 mg in combination with 0.5 ml of 1% morphine hydrochloride. 7-10 min later, concluding 0.1% atropine solution premedication is intravenously administered at a dose of 0.01 mg/kg. 1-2 min later, 0.5% ketamine solution is intravenously administered at a dose of 2.5 mg/kg in combination with 10 mg of diazepam as introductory narcosis followed by supporting ketamine dose of 1.5 mg/kg/h with diazepam given at a dose of 0.14 mg/kg/h.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of neurovegetative protection; stable hemodynamic values.
