FIELD: mineral products dressing by a flotation methods. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an aeration assembly of a floatation machine, that may be used for mineral products dressing by a flotation methods in metallurgical, mining, chemical and other industries. Technical result - increase of a degree of a dispersion of air babbles and their more even distribution in volume of the flotation pulp. The impeller represents an irregular outlined sprocket repeating the vanes installation contour. The sprocket is linked to the hollow shaft and the vanes are radially linked to the sprocket at an angle of 90 dg. The cross-section of the vanes has a V-shaped form. The side surface of the vanes represents a truncated two-stage paraboloid. The surface of the impeller is rubber-coated. On an effective surface of rubber-coated vanes there are the rubber guides placed at an angle, ensuring their mirror position in respect to the neighboring vanes. The impeller has been put down in the stator made in the form of a ring with the radial vanes. The stator is installed on a benthic slab. EFFECT: 2 silt.
