FIELD: protection of main constructional materials (steel and concrete) from corrosion. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises polymeric film-forming material which is essentially epoxy resin solution, organosilicon hardener, variety of natural specularite of finely laminated ferric alpha-oxide having low content of accompanying components and high content of ferric oxide. Epoxy resin solution is enamel, and organosilicon hardener is derivative of organosilicon amines. EFFECT: longer service life of coating under conditions of complex effect of corrosion factors. 2 tbl
