FIELD: petrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing filled with intermediate melted heat carrier and separated with vertical partition wall into heating chamber and chamber for reprocessing of raw material. Partition wall is equipped with lower windows dipped into heat carrier. Heating chamber is adapted for heating intermediate heat carrier by means of fuel burners. Raw material thermal reprocessing chamber has unit for contacting raw material with heat carrier. Housing has additional vertical partition wall provided with lower windows dipped into melted heat carrier and defining together with housing walls second heating chamber for heating intermediate heat carrier. Second heating chamber is extending parallel to raw material thermal treatment chamber. Vertical partition walls are positioned in opposite ends of heating chambers, perpendicular to main partition walls, and equipped with gas washing nozzles inclined at an angle of 30-60 deg. Unit for contacting of raw material with intermediate melted heat carrier has at least one vertical immersed tuyere with central through channel and gas washing nozzle inclined at an angle of 30-60 deg. Immersion tuyeres are positioned in raw material thermal reprocessing chamber for displacement in vertical plane. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 5 dwg
