FIELD: heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to thermally processing various-type organic wastes, including low-grade coal slack Ц coal production waste, utilizing low-temperature plasma jet. Method involves gasification of solid fuel in presence of gasification agent, feeding unreacted solid fuel into regasification stage in presence of oxidant, and separating gas and solid products. Blowing through solid fuel supplied in dosed mode by oxidizing plasma jet results in production of synthesis-gas, which, affected by plasma jets under pressure 6000-15000 Pa, is directed into high-temperature receiver and then to consumer. Unreacted solid fuel residue is additionally heated to form melt, which is poured out into melt accumulator to be blown there with reductive plasma jet at 2000-2050K to produce ferrosilicon. Exhausted melt is transferred into stabilization reactor, wherein temperature is maintained within 1600-1800K range by means of plasma jet, and then onto spraying plasma jets positioned at angle 15-60 deg. to axis of exhausted melt jet to produce fibrous materials. Plant comprises in-series installed synthesis-gas-production gasifier, melt accumulator, stabilization reactor, and precipitation tower for fibrous material production. Above-listed modules are interconnected by lined canals and are provided with plasmotrons generating plasma jets and which are temperature- and pressure-controlled in dependence on desired product production process. EFFECT: enabled continuous processing cycle with complete recovery of worthy product and no damage to environment. 3 cl, 2 dwg
