FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using implant manufactured from osteocompatible biodegradable glass-crystal material as parallelepiped having pyramidal rest platforms and internal retinocellular osteoconducting layer and external dense layers in which longitudinal recesses are built and periosteum fragments produced when performing costal resection in course of access are placed. To improve implant osteoconductivity, its internal layer is filled with cell suspension produced from resected ribs. EFFECT: promoted bone block formation; enhanced effectiveness of vertebral column correction.
