FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing canal opening on lateral surface of vertebra bodies and corresponding to implant in shape and size. The implant is set with rest over compact closing plates of adjacent vertebrae bodies. Fixing members are engageable with spongy bone. A part of canal is covered with compact spongy plug assembly.
EFFECT: high spondylosyndesis strength; partially compensated flexion loads acting upon adjacent vertebral bodies.
