FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Combined meshy vertebral endoprosthesis looks like a monoblock combining a rod in the form of a hollow parallelepiped perforated with through apertures. One of the four sides of the parallelepiped is made elongated from both ends of the parallelepiped relative to the other three sides of it and performs the function of the ventral half-plates formed by the cantilever ends of this elongated side of the rod to enable the endoprosthesis to be immobilized by anti-migration screws to the bodies adjacent to the resected vertebrae. Through holes in the walls of the endoprosthesis have a hexagonal shape with bridges between them, and the elongated wall has a greater thickness than the other walls of the parallelepiped. Teeth, depending on the anatomical features of the vertebrae adjacent to the resected, form in two types – blunt "peaks" or thin "whiskers" – depending on the level of dissection of the hexagonal apertures.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of forming a reliable bone block, as well as the possibility of screwing anti-migration screws into any desired place in adjacent vertebrae while maintaining the strength properties of the endoprosthesis.
