FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: beebread drying plant includes a drying channel with mesh flanges, fans and temperature and humidity sensors, which is located in the housing, electronic control unit and air pipeline the inlet of which is connected in direction of air flow to outlet of drying channel, and the outlet - to its inlet. Air pipeline is arranged inside the housing and separated from the drying channel with a partition, mesh flanges made in the form of trays installed in the housing are equipped with vibration exciters; at that, each tray has two frames located one in the other and spring-loaded to each other, on inner one of which a vibration exciter is installed. Besides drying chamber is also equipped at least with one temperature sensor installed on the cable extended as to length and introduced in the product.
EFFECT: drying plant allows drying the beebread located in honeycombs on frames in pieces of beebread honeycombs separated from frames or in the form of bulk granules, and it has reduced power consumption and capability of using oscillating drying modes.
