FIELD: tyre industry; raw tyre building. SUBSTANCE: raw tyre building system has two tyre assembly drums for breaker and tread made for independently setting into operation and arranged coaxially relative to each other, two drums for assembly of carcass arranged parallel to each other and installed on common rotating shaft. With shaft being turned, one carcass assembly drum and other carcass assembly drum can be arranged, respectively, coaxially with tyre assembly drums. Systems has first and second transportation rings, both installed for movement on transportation way. First transportation ring is made for movement between tyre assembly drums and the other is made for movement between drums for assembly of carcass and nearest tyre assembly drum. System is furnished with auxiliary device for breaker layers and device for tread layer for delivering tyre components to first tyre assembly drum, auxiliary device for treads and winder for delivering tyre components to tyre assembly drum and device for holding bead and locating bead and also auxiliary device for parts of carcass designed for delivering tyre components to carcass assembly drum coaxially with tyre assembly drums. System has also tyre tread stitcher for stitching breaker layer and tread assembly to parts of carcass found on carcass assembly drum coaxial with tyre assembly drums designed for building raw tyre and device for removing raw tyre from second transportation ring.
